Water Defense Service
“Rainwater control” systems are typically built-in-systems in the home and require regular inspection and maintenance to work as intended and achieve their full design life. Exposed to the element, interim roof damage can occur from animals, UV, freezing/thawing and flying objects. Debris allowed to remain on the roof and gutter systems will decay, causing premature deterioration of the roof while slowing and clogging the flow of water through the gutters and drains. These systems are in place to move combustible gas fuel to the appliances for use, vent combustion gases safely to the exterior, extinguish fires, and detect and alert the occupants of any smoke or unsafe fumes in the living spaces Regular maintenance of these systems is required to ensure their continued operation for safety and health of the occupants.
